UpdateManager

Well, UpdateManager should be released by march of next year, I’m using it for a few other projects so it has to be released before RazorIRC.
The project in question is going to become the base for RazorIRC’s Addon Editor, what I’m designing this product as is pretty much like Visual Studio and DreamWeaver except a few different concepts. I just felt that Dreamweaver and VS are to heavy… It’s pretty much a rebirth of EvolvedHTML … shh…
