Yes I’m still working on it, no it’s not coming this year.  The website is though.

Okay, okay that wasn’t the real information for each… gees…

quantumRadio is being put on the backburner while I figure out the focus of the site as a whole… The current model isn’t working…  I’m also going to be networking all my sites in a certain way, this is way qR is being put on hold, because qR is the one this going to majorly benefit for this change, the RazorIRC website is going to be an exception, it’s not going to use this (for obvious reasons) but will use something similar for the backend.

RazorIRC’s going to be lunched next year, possibly by September (the product not the website), I’ve finally started figuring out how the update system is going to work (best thing is it’s an open system!).  By the end of December I plan on having what will be the full blown RazorIRC website up and running, complete with add-on’s database (although it will be disabled ).

Life!
Life’s good for the most part, had a mild panic attack at work today, all day long… dunno what triggered it… might be something to do with her (Oh no I didn’t!).. Oh yea, I’ve decided to wait when it comes to her I’ll wait till she’s finished school and if she does decide to move down unda, then I guess I’m moving too.

Anyways guess thats enough of an update

So I’m finally working at the Winner’s Distribution Center in Brampton, Ontario.  It’s enjoyable to say the least.  I work on the afternoon shift so I can still have a social life if I so choose.

So, I’m going after her again :/  It’s always worth it in the end.

I’m putting Crystal Engine, RazorIRC, Edge and Edge Server on hold for the time being.

The summer session, it’s coming don’t worry, it’ll take a little time but it will come.  I’m still coming up with the playlist and boy is it gonna be filled with a lot of summer songs, this should hold you out till the fall .  Since I plan on making the playlist so huge it’s going to be 2-4 sessions in length

On the design front for QR, well I’m gonna be doing the full design for the site by mid summer, it’ll take awhile for me to code the whole thing but it should be good when it’s done

Anyways It’s been a long time since I last posted but I hope to be posting more often now

No that isn’t from sloganizer, I promise.

I’m having second thoughts about releasing a C# version of RazorIRC, it doesn’t make sense to cause more work for myself…  I’m thinking about just starting it in C/C++ now instead of porting it at the end of the year, which in itself would be a huge task.

What does this mean for the summer preview?
It means it isn’t happening.  Actually it could happen, but not likely to.

The other reason why I’m considering C/C++ is because it should make it easier to port to the iPhone, one of my primary goals after I get threw with a released desktop client.  The other thing is, it’ll also mean Edge is already in C/C++ and thus clients can be rapidly produced for Mac OS X and Linux along with the initial Windows version.
